Citrix Secure Hub app for iPhone and iPad

Ive had some issues with updates. However its been working for me pretty flawlessly. Mail client is better than iOS mail. I like the ability to see who is busy and available during meeting invite. I had a discussion with our IT and seems like some issues others have mentioned are related to policies. I would give 5 stars but they need a better search tool. In order for me to search a folder I need to first go to that folder.

I find the Worx suite of apps to be much more intuitive and useful than the alternative my company used to require. Theres room for improvement, but I suspect many of the complaints by other reviewers have more to do with their employers internal IT departments.

Does what I need it to do, which is access business email and intranet. Also like the ability to manage tasks with the app. When upgrading from Worx, it seems best to remove all apps first as I had to do that after.

Citrix had a rough time releasing the 10.4 client, but they got it squared away and everything is working well, now!

This app does a great job of taking advantage of new iOS features like touchID and force touch actions. Really polished compared to most corporate clients and extremely stable.

Very reliable secure mobile client. With a simple pin Im able to launch work apps and get things done. Secure mail is easy to use and has way more features than my native client. I never used tasks on my desktop outlook client, but secure tasks makes it easy to keep track and prioritize important activities.

Every update requires a complete re-enrolement , process to enrol is very long and tedious. This is completely unusable.

I have installed it on my iPhone 6plus to access my company email. Unfortunately, Worx Mail still wont load sometimes. It will get stuck on loading the app.

So our users began upgrading to this new version and once hey had they lost the ability to see any published apps in our store. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software fixed absolutely nothing, and intact the issue is now worse. Do not upgrade!!!! At least not yet!!!

No matter what Worx app I tried to start, I always end up with the below message: Your app will become active again once Worx home starts. Click ok, the message came back again. Nothing I can do with it now.

Absolutely terrible especially since the latest update. Half the time I see I have new email but they wont load even after logging out and back in.

Want to know what its like to use this app? Imagine a simple task like going to driving to work in the morning, but instead of simply starting your car you must get in and buckle and unbuckle your seat belt 4 times, get back out, walk backwards around your car twice, get back in, and then your car will start. Then instead of simply driving to work you must navigate there only making left hand turns. Upon arriving at you are told that you must go back home and try it again just because. Sounds great, right? Seriously, you have to switch from the worx mail app to the worx home app to log in daily. Then when returning back to the mail app it hangs up on the splash screen making you force quit the mail app and starting it again. Usually it logs in at this point. Want to forward emails? Want to get notifications when mail comes in? Want to see a preview without having to log in and sparing yourself that awful process? Not a chance.
